Reserve The Lodge For Your Next Function

Call the Lodge directly at (518) 234-8130, House Chairman Lance Rotolo at (518) 703-3629, or send an online request to start the process on reserving space for your event. Rental contracts may be amended to provide for additional set-up time or other caveats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding rates or permissible activities.

New York State Liquor Authority regulations require all beverages must be bought and paid for by and through the lodge. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed. This includes bottled water.

Heritage Room

The current "Heritage Room" was formerly the bar area for dining room patrons and is now available for rentals. The cozy space seats approximately 12 people, and can be configured with two-person bar tables. Additional seating is available in the adjacent downstairs dining room.

Main Lodge Hall

Our main lodge hall is the largest indoor event space on the property, also doubling as the meeting room during Lodge meetings and host to weekly Bingo sessions on Friday nights. The room seats approximately 100 individuals and can be configured with long tables or round tables with proper notice.

Downstairs Dining Area

Our downstairs dining facility is located below-ground, creating a cozy atmosphere that comfortably fits around 50 individuals. This dining room also includes a built-in dance floor, a 65 inch high definition television and surround sound system, dart boards, and air conditioning.

Kitchen Area

Our commercial kitchen downstairs can service a wide variety of meals and function, and is large enough to support events of over 100 people. Kitchen appliance includes a commercial grill/griddle combination, as well as a commercial range and double ovens. We also have a smaller utility area located upstairs that can be used to serve and keep food warm; we also serve coffee, soda, and other snacks for our bingo patrons and other functions. Our downstairs kitchen can be reserved for both upstairs or downstairs functions at an additional cost.

RV Parking

The lodge sits on a large parcel of land, and space exists behind the lodge for several Elk families to park their rigs. Please be sure to pump and dump before you arrive, since we can only offer dry camping at the present time (no water or sewer hookups, and very minimal electric service). For your safety, please contact the Lodge if you are intersted in spending the night as the area is surrounded by residences and is subject to regular law enforcement patrols.
